Write Opportunity "For Teens"

(Permission to post given)

FYI Write Friends
In case any of you have teens aspiring to be writers, here's an
opportunity for them:

The Community House, a non-profit organization in Birmingham, is putting
together the first annual Elmore Leonard Literary Arts and Film Festival.

The multifaceted event will include a competition for screenwriters and
filmmakers as well as a separate teen short story contest for students, ages
13-18 years.

Baldwin Public Library has been working with The Community
House in their development of the teen short story contest.

Info on the contest is at:

Information on the festival (lots of great things happening!) can be viewed
at www.elmoreleonardliteraryartsandfilmfestival.com
